Notefuly (Free) - Reminders & Notes w/ Alarms App Reviews

I cant access my notes after installing latest iOS update. It wont let me try my password, and keeps cycling thru the Touch ID screen. I cant even exit the program without rebooting my phone. Not happy with this program!

I updated yesterday and now cannot access the app. The problem appears to be the Touch ID. It cycles and wont let you in. Now I cant access ANY of my notes, even those that arent password protected. Furthermore you cant quit the application and have to reboot your phone entirely. AWFUL!!! Tap Factory, please fix this immediately. It WAS a fantastic app.

Your last update wiped out all of my personalized files. This is the last time you will screw me up. Deleting!

Erased all data. Complete pied piper disaster. They keep updating to hide reviews.

I downloaded the free version and began to make notes. Come to find out, you cant set alarms on the notes unless you buy the regular version. So I did so I could USE THE ALARM. Guess what doesnt work? The alarm. You set it and first it doesnt show the alarm button turned on to on (and if you slide it over it only keeps it off). Ive tested it multiple times with the app closed and open. Nothing works. I dont usually spend money on apps, I know I can usually find something that works for free. Thought Id give it a chance. What a bummer...its absolutely pointless now. Plus Im out that money. Dont waste your time. ~MK

Lots of bugs that make the app not very useful. Fix the bugs and the app would be great.

I love using this app for Homework... The full version is only $1 so if you want those notifications, just pay the dollar, but this app is really cool with the backgrounds, and I highly recommend this

The alarm doesnt work, as someone stated. I think I might have gotten a notification once or twice but it didnt beep..& it took me straight to the app but not the NOTE I sent the alarm for. There were 15 notes there. I paid $1 and upgraded within the free app. It wont even recognize I upgraded so it wont let me write a review on THE PAID APP. This is fraud and to prevent users from writing bad reviews on the place where they could lose money.

Ive had no problems with this app like the other reviews. Alarms work, just kind of crazy way that they are set. No issues with deleted notes. Has saved my memory more than once! Like that a tab can be locked for private/confidential notes.

I bought the updated version for the purpose of the alarm and the alarm function wont work. Switching to another app.

UPDATE: no response from support. Do not use app, read recent reviews regarding disappearing information. This is awful, needed information cannot be accessed and NO SUPPORT. No follow up. This was a great app, it is now a zero. Use other apps to do this task. I will update this review if and when support responds. ############ App is fine for what it does and was okay until support was needed. I use app daily and for several different functions. I need certain data daily for work. I have requested support for several days, multiple times, explaining a sense of urgency. To no avail. Totally disappointing. DO NOT USE FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT! If you ever need support just know there is NONE, NADDA, ZIPPO, ZERO. Just use for simple stuff. Will update review if resolved otherwise know support never responded. Disappointed in the app! UPDATE: Got the above fixed satisfactory through Support, thank you. Now I need them again for the app is stuck in one category, not going back to home page. No tabs at the top of the screen/page. Just stuck in one of the tab categories. Ugh, nice app when it works. I can give it 4 stars when working but reliability may be an issue. Hope it gets fix, its a good app.
